Sec. 121.602. - Actuarial Assumptions.

The assumed annual actuarial rate of return Jacksonville Police and Fire Pension Fund at the date of the adoption of this Section shall be seven percent. This rate shall be modified only as required by law or upon agreement by the City and the Police and Fire Pension Fund Board of Trustees, based on sound actuarial practices. (Ord. 2015-304-E , § 4)
