Sec. 121.605. - Public Information.

The Board of Trustees shall publish on its website on a timely basis: (a) All financial and actuarial studies and reports created pursuant to this Chapter or other law; (b) Minutes of its meetings for the past three years on a rolling basis; and (c) Copies of all reports or studies commissioned by the Board of Trustees, including, but not limited to, experience studies and investment performance reports.
