Sec. 122.108. - Restrictions on leases of City property.

(a) Every lease entered into for the lease of City facilities shall prohibit any person other than a licensed firearms dealer from selling and delivering firearms pursuant to that lease on the leased premises, unless the sale is to be made to a licensed gun dealer. (b) Firearms has the same meaning as set forth in F.S. Ch. 790. (c) Licensed gun dealer means a person licensed by the State or federal government to sell firearms. (Ord. 94-189-697, § 1)
