Sec. 122.302. - Identification and markings.

Each motor vehicle owned by the City and its independent agencies shall be clearly identified as property of the City. Identification shall be a conspicuous marking on each front door of the vehicle with the seal of the City, a decal or other device as approved by the Fleet Management Division and a City vehicle number as assigned by the Division. When it is impractical to mark a vehicle in this manner, a method of conspicuous marking shall be prescribed by the Division to maintain conformity with this Code.
