Sec. 122.307. - Use and assignment of vehicles.

The Sheriff is authorized to designate vehicles assigned to the Office of the Sheriff for the use of such members of the Office of the Sheriff on a 24-hour basis as he deems necessary for the efficient operation of the Office. (Ord. 75-868-406, § 1; Ord. 83-591-400, § 1) Note— Former § 24.113.
