Sec. 122.459. - Retention of jurisdiction of City.

Notwithstanding that a lease may be executed by the Chief of Real Estate, the City retains jurisdiction of the portion of City-owned property subject to the lease for the purpose of capital improvement planning and construction and for the general welfare of the public, and the City reserves the right to revoke any lease under circumstances which threaten the public health or safety.
