Sec. 122.501. - Restricted areas.

It shall be unlawful and a class B offense for a person except a duly authorized employee of the Jacksonville Port Authority, a duly authorized licensee of the Authority or a duly authorized employee of a licensee of the Authority to enter or go upon an area on airport property supervised by the Authority at Jacksonville International Airport, Herlong Airport or Craig Airport that: (a) Is not open to the public, and (b) Has been designated and posted by the Authority as a restricted area, Unless the person entering or going upon the restricted area has first secured written permission to do so from the Authority, its Director of Aviation, or a duly authorized representative of the Authority or its Director of Aviation.
