Sec. 122.504. - Picketing.

(a) It shall be unlawful and a class B offense for a person to picket, demonstrate or assemble with other persons in a manner that obstructs a building, grounds, road, walk or approach or tends to incite violence, breach of the peace or other unlawful conduct on any airport property supervised by the Jacksonville Port Authority at Jacksonville International Airport, Herlong Airport or Craig Airport. (b) During the course of a labor dispute, the Director of Aviation of the Jacksonville Port Authority may, on written request agreeing to reasonable specified limitations, authorize reasonable, peaceful picketing in designated areas and picketing pursuant to this authorization shall not be a violation of subsection (a) of this Section.
