Sec. 122.608. - In-Kind Services Donations for Capital Improvement Projects; Council Approval Required.

In-kind services donations for a Capital Improvement Project shall require a donation agreement between the City and the donor approved by City Council prior to the Mayor's acceptance and donor's commencement of the in-kind services. (Ord. 2024-46-E , § 6)
