Sec. 122.804. - Property supervision and control.

The Accounting Division shall have the responsibility of maintaining a perpetual inventory system for the City and for keeping the inventory and property records of tangible personal property. The Division shall note the acquisition, transfer of custody of and disposal of tangible personal property on the property records. The Division shall maintain the custody receipts for tangible personal property which is held under the receipts and shall note transfers of custody and withdrawals from custody on the receipts and property records.
