Sec. 122.820. - Disposition of goal post utilized during the Florida/Georgia football game and Gator Bowl football game.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary as may be contained in this Part or in the Ordinance Code, the school of the winning team at each annual Florida/Georgia football game and Gator Bowl football game played in the Gator Bowl shall be entitled to dispose of, at its discretion, the goal post located at the end of the field designated as that school's goal, and for the purpose of such disposition, that goal post is hereby declared surplus and of no value or need to the City. Such disposition shall be conducted in an orderly, lawful manner and the removal of the goal post shall be supervised by the City. (Ord. 86-83-276, § 2)
