Sec. 123.106. - Interest assessed on late payment and penalties.

There shall be interest accrued on Section 123.102 (c)(4) fees unpaid after 30 days in the amount of 1.5 percent per month, calculated from the date of the invoice to and through the date paid. Additionally, for any late fee provided by Section 123.102 (c)(4), referred to collection, there will be a penalty schedule as follows: $50 (ticketable violation): 30—60 days after the date of fee invoice $200: 61—180 days after the date of fee invoice $500: more than 180 days after the date of fee invoice   Collections made pursuant to this Section will also include recovery by the City, via payment by the responsible party, of reasonable attorney fees should legal action by the City should be required.
