Sec. 123.204. - Executive Director.

The Executive Director, or designee, is hereby authorized to act as the agent for the City of Jacksonville in the receipt and processing of applications for production permits. After review and approval by the City, the Executive Director or designee shall issue the permit. With regard to motion photography production, no other City permits shall be required.
