Sec. 126.104. - Applicability to independent agencies.

This Chapter is applicable to independent agencies that are required by ordinance or Charter to procure services through the Division. Independent agencies that are not required to procure services through the Division may voluntarily procure services pursuant to this Chapter. (Ord. 2023-20-E , § 3)
