Sec. 126.109. - Severability.

Section: 126.109.

If any provision of this Jax P-Code or any application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this Jax P-Code which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application. Accordingly, the provisions of this Jax P-Code are declared to be severable. (Ord. 2023-20-E , § 3)
