Sec. 126.205. - Meetings; public notice; minutes.

JPAC shall meet at least once a week but may meet more frequently as necessary to accommodate the procurement needs of using agencies. Unless otherwise provided by law, all meetings shall be subject to F.S. § 286.011 (Open Meetings Laws). JPAC shall keep official minutes of its meetings, which shall be maintained on file in the Division as a permanent electronic or physical public record. JPAC, to the extent feasible, shall also keep recordings of the JPAC proceedings, subject to public records retention laws. (Ord. 2023-20-E , § 3)
