Sec. 126.302. - Informal Purchases.

Purchases and sales other than those defined in Section 126.301 shall be considered Informal Purchases and made in accordance with the process and procedures for Informal Purchases detailed in the Procurement Operating Manual. (Ord. 2023-20-E , § 3)
