Sec. 126.601. - Legislative Intent.

It is the intent of the City in enacting this law to provide a comprehensive and robust program to benefit local small and emerging businesses in the City known as the "Jacksonville Small and Emerging Business Program". (Ord. 2021-117-E , § 5)
