Sec. 126.605. - Minimum Program Funding Requirement.

Subject to availability of funding, the Program, as provided for in this Part, shall be funded at a minimum of $750,000, excluding staff, in the annual budget appropriation. A minimum of $200,000 of such $750,000 minimum funding requirement shall be used to fund the training programs, community outreach and program marketing set forth in Section 126.610 herein.
