Sec. 126.903. - Remedies prior to an award of contract.

If prior to award it is determined that a competitive solicitation or proposed award of a contract is in violation of law, the competitive solicitation or proposed award shall be: (i) Canceled; or (ii) Revised to comply with the law. (Ord. 2023-20-E , § 3)
