Sec. 128.201. - Department to implement and consolidate.

The Department shall be responsible for implementation and administration of this Chapter and the Risk Management Program established hereby. The Director is authorized to promulgate rules for the proper management and maintenance of the Risk Management Program. (Ord. 2018-380-E , § 2)
