Sec. 128.302. - Self-insurance fund.

There is hereby created a Self-Insurance Fund , a permanent fund which shall be a continuing appropriation notwithstanding fiscal years, to be used to fund the Claim Costs and Administrative Expenses of the Self-Insurance Program. (Ord. 2018-380-E , § 2)
