Sec. 128.401. - Authorization.

The Division is authorized to purchase insurance to protect the City against property and casualty risks for which the Director and the Risk Manager agree that a need has arisen for the purchase of such insurance coverages so as to transfer some or all of the risks to third parties. The Division is authorized to effectuate and contractually bind coverage on behalf of the City. (Ord. 2018-380-E , § 2)
