Sec. 128.402. - Administration.

(a) "Division Administrative Expense" represents all of the expenses and costs of operating the Division other than expenses and costs directly related to operation of the Self-Insurance Program. (b) "Division Retained Earnings" represents funds accumulated and held by the Division for the purposes of paying incurred, anticipated and contingent Division Administrative Expense. (c) Division Retained Earnings are to be held by the Division for the purposes of maintaining the stability of the Division's programs and the long-term protection of the City's assets and interests.
