Sec. 128.403. - Miscellaneous Insurance Program Fund.

There is hereby created a Miscellaneous Insurance Program Fund, a permanent fund, which shall be a continuing appropriation notwithstanding fiscal years, to be used to fund the deductibles and self-insured retentions of the insurance policies for the Miscellaneous Insurance Program. The Miscellaneous Insurance Program Fund shall be a part of Division Retained Earnings. (Ord. 2018-380-E , § 2)
