Sec. 128.404. - Investments.

Investment of the funds in the Miscellaneous Insurance Program Fund is authorized in accordance with general City investment policies, and funds to be invested may be commingled with other City funds for this purpose. All such investments and all earnings on such investments shall be included within Division Retained Earnings. (Ord. 2018-380-E , § 2)
