Sec. 150.422. - Hours of operation.

(a) Adult entertainment facilities, adult bookstores and adult movie theaters shall not be open between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and noon. (b) Escorts shall not begin any service or contract between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. (Ord. 94-190-651, § 1; Ord. 2008-259-E, § 2)
