Sec. 150.507. - Massage services.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a nude massage parlor. (b) It shall be unlawful for someone offering a massage for compensation to expose his or her specified anatomical parts to a customer. (c) It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in or offer to engage in the massage of the genitals, buttocks or breast of another person for compensation unless the person giving the massage is licensed by the State pursuant to F.S. Tit. XXXII and the massage is related to the profession for which the person giving the massage is licensed. (Ord. 94-190-651, § 1; Ord. 95-307-109, § 21; Ord. 2008-259-E, § 3)
