Sec. 150.508. - Adult entertainment booths.

(a) Adult entertainment booths are prohibited. (b) In the event the provisions of subsection (a) of this Section above are declared invalid or unenforceable, any premises which contains or operates an adult entertainment booth shall be considered to be adult entertainment establishment and such premises shall meet all requirements of this Chapter for adult entertainment establishments.
