Sec. 151.401. - Operation of unlicensed premises unlawful.

Unless allowed by this Chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to operate a dancing entertainment establishment unless the business shall have a currently valid license under this Chapter, which license shall not be under suspension or revocation. (Ord. 2005-743-E, § 2)
