Sec. 151.406. - False statements prohibited.

No person shall knowingly make, induce or cause to be made by another a false, untrue or misleading statement or a signature of another on a certificate, application, registration, report or other document required to be prepared pursuant to this Chapter. No person shall knowingly make a false, untrue or misleading oral statement to the Sheriff as to any matter investigated by the Sheriff. (Ord. 2005-743-E, § 2)
