Sec. 154.112. - Consumption while operating a motor vehicle.

It shall be unlawful and a class D offense for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage while operating a motor vehicle on the public streets of the County. For the purpose of this Section, motor vehicle means the same as motor vehicle as defined in F.S. § 320.01, together with mopeds and any other motorized vehicle. (Ord. 85-1567-819, § 4)
