Sec. 154.401. - Penalties.

(a) It is unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this Chapter. (b) Unless otherwise specified elsewhere in this Chapter, any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall upon conviction be punished by a fine in the amount from $250 to $500 and shall be required to perform from 72 to 720 hours of community service and may be punished by imprisonment of not more than ten days. (c) Reserved. (d) All sentences for violations of this Chapter shall run consecutively. (Ord. 90-388-333, § 5)
