Sec. 155.101. - Legislative Authorization.

This Chapter is enacted in the interest of the public health, peace, safety, morals and general welfare of the citizens and inhabitants of Duval County, Florida, pursuant to Fla. Const. Article VIII, Section 1(g), F.S. § 125.01, F.S. Ch. 166, Florida Statutes, and the Charter of the City of Jacksonville. (Ord. 2010-326-E, § 2)
