Sec. 156.112. - Severability.

If any portion of this Chapter is determined to be invalid for any reason by a final nonappealable order of any court of competent jurisdiction, then it shall be severed from this act. All other provisions of this act shall remain in full force and effect. (Ord. 2010-326-E, § 3)
