Sec. 158.212. - Liability insurance.

No owner shall permit an emergency medical transportation services vehicle to be driven or operated on the streets of the City, unless the owner shall have first procured and have on file in his business office proof of a liability insurance policy which complies with applicable State statutes and regulations. Failure to produce appropriate evidence of insurance shall be grounds for immediate suspension of a certificate. (Ord. 97-450-E, § 1)
