Sec. 158.307. - Memoranda of understanding.

The Director/Fire Chief of the Fire and Rescue Department is authorized to enter into memoranda of understanding with certificate holders in the private sector to address emergency response activities contemplated in this Part 3. Such memoranda of understanding shall, at a minimum, address: (a) Transportation issues; (b) Mass casualty incidence response; and (c) Extrication. (Ord. 97-450-E, § 1)
