Sec. 158.308. - Judicial remedies.

The Director may request the Office of General Counsel to institute a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to seek injunctive relief to enforce compliance with a rule promulgated by the Director pursuant to Section 158.306 . (Ord. 97-450-E, § 1)
