Sec. 158.501. - Definition.

As used in this Part 5, and notwithstanding any provision of this Chapter to the contrary, the term "certificate" means a certificate of public convenience and necessity issued for non-transportation ALS service, pursuant to provisions in this Part. (Ord. 2006-1057-E, § 2)
