Sec. 158.502. - Non-transportation ALS Certificates for Municipal corporations.

The municipal corporations (Urban Services Districts 2 through 5) may apply for certificates to provide non-transportation ALS within their respective jurisdictions, notwithstanding any provisions in this Chapter to the contrary. (Ord. 2006-1057-E, § 2)
