Sec. 168.107 - Duty of Alarm Monitoring Company.

An alarm monitoring company which is responsible for the ongoing service and/or monitoring of an Alarm System that was not installed by the alarm monitoring company shall notify each of their customers by verbal notice, at a minimum (but may provide written notification), of the requirements of Section 168.103 (Alarm Registration required (Alarm Users); fees; Alarm Permit Number). As part of the annual Contractor's Registration application, the alarm monitoring company will provide an attestation to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office that it has complied with this provision.
