Sec. 168.110. - Unlawful activation of Alarm Systems.

It shall be unlawful for any person to activate any Alarm System or audible alarm except in the event of an actual attempted burglary or robbery or other valid emergency or for routine testing purposes. (Ord. 2016-562-E , § 2)
