Sec. 17.102. - Membership.

The Commission shall consist of not less than 11 nor more than 15 members recommended by the Council President and appointed by the Council. The chairman of the Commission shall be recommended by the Council and appointed by the Council President. A vacancy occurring during a term may be filled upon recommendation of the Council President and appointment by the Council for the unexpired term of the vacated position. Of the membership of the Commission there shall be included at least one member who resides within each School Board district. (Ord. 2004-584-E, § 2)
