Sec. 170.105. - Permit required; procedure.

(a) No person shall operate an intercity bus without a permit issued by the Council, which shall issue a permit upon presentation by the applicant of satisfactory evidence of his ability and intention to comply with the requirements of Sections 170.105 — 170.109 . (b) Licenses and permits now outstanding and held by a person now carrying on intercity bus operations are hereby confirmed. These license or permit holders shall be entitled to a renewal thereof as a matter of right unless they are in violation of the terms and provisions of Sections 170.105 — 170.109 .
