Sec. 173.106. - Confederate burial grounds.

Lots 71, 72, 73 and 76, of Section 6, of the cemetery commonly known as the City Cemetery, being the southwest corner of Section 6, and measuring six feet from north to south, and 44 feet from east to west, are set aside and dedicated as a burial ground for the burial of dead bodies of Confederate soldiers and sailors, formerly of the Confederate Army and Navy.
