Sec. 185.103. - Grounds for denial of permit.

The Sheriff shall deny a permit under this Chapter whenever he finds that the applicant or its principals and officers: (a) Are under 18 years of age; (b) Have been convicted of a felony within the last five years; or (c) Have been convicted of a violation of this Chapter or any similar ordinance or had a permit revoked under this Chapter or any similar ordinance.
