Sec. 185.206. - Dealing in permanent receptacles regulated.

No junk gatherer or junk dealer shall deal in new or secondhand bottles or other permanent receptacles: (a) Which are marked to indicate that they have not been sold, without the prior written consent of the owner. (b) Which are impressed with a registered trademark or trade name under state law, without the prior written consent of the person entitled to the use of the trademark or trade name.
