Sec. 185.407. - Unlawful acts.

It shall be unlawful and a class D offense for any person to: (a) Operate as a dealer without having first obtained a permit as required by Section 185.402 . (b) Give or display any false identification or sign a false name when required to furnish identification and signature by a dealer pursuant to Section 185.403 (a)(1). (c) Fail to comply with any provision of Sections 185.403 — 185.406 . (Ord. 81-183-55, § 1; Ord. 83-591-400, § 1) Note— Former § 428.1007.
