Sec. 185.508. - Sunset and Reporting.

(a) Sunset . This Part shall sunset and be of no effect on March 1, 2015 unless further action by the Council is taken to reenact same. (b) Reporting. The Sheriff shall report to the Council, with supporting documentation, no later than January 31 of each year, as to its assessment of the effectiveness of this Part 5. (Ord. 2011-766-E, § 1)
