Sec. 191.111. - Penalties.

It is unlawful and a class D offense to: (a) Conduct, stage or promote a special event without a permit. (b) Knowingly making a false estimate pursuant to Section 191.112 . (c) Violate any provision of this Chapter. (Ord. 2004-814-E, § 2)
